Position Overview:
Analyze activity and program budgets and make recommendations to optimize resources. Determine solvency and forecasting figures. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations. Brief leadership on findings, accompanied by data-informed recommendations. Position will be primarily on-site, and may have some telework availability.
Required Education:
B.A./B.S. degree in a technical area such as business administration, management, finance, accounting, or related field.
Required Experience:
3 years of experience in the following areas:
· Business data and case analyses
· Process improvement projects
· Data scrubbing and manipulation
· Budgeting and/or accounting and making recommendations based on findings
· Presentations on data-informed recommendations
· Microsoft Suite, to include Power Pivot
· Oral, visual, and written communications
Preferred Experience:
5 years of experience, to include the areas listed below:
· In-depth knowledge of health care financial management principles
