Program Manager III
Position Overview:
Develop and implement program plans and business process improvement strategies in accordance with customer requirements. Act as a subject-matter expert for the government client, while also fulfilling SRFS business needs ad hoc. Develop and coordinate preparation of program documentation, standard operating procedures, and briefing materials to clearly communicate program strategies, goals, and training. Develop courses of action to meet customer requirements, make recommendations to client and SRFS leadership, and implement actions to ensure program success. Continue professional development to ensure SME status maintained over time. Regularly interface with senior management while in support of the National Capital Region market office, presenting findings, ideas, recommendations, actions, and results. Working on-site may be required for this position.
Required Education:
B.A./B.S. in a technical area such as business, management, finance, accounting, or related field.
Required Experience:
5 years of experience in the following areas:
• Business data and case analyses
• Process improvement projects
• Data scrubbing and manipulation
• Budgeting and/or accounting and making recommendations based on findings
• Human capital management
• Presentations on data-informed recommendations
• Microsoft Suite, to include Power Pivot and VBA
• Oral, visual, and written communications
Preferred Experience:
10 years of experience, to include the areas listed below:
• Experience with clinical data manipulation
• In-depth knowledge of health care financial management principles
• Business Intelligence knowledge, such as Tableau or Power BI
• PMP certification
• Demonstrated PM/healthcare administration experience in a military treatment facility
• Experience with government systems:
• Financial Management Information System (FMIS)
• Military Health System Management (MHS Mart) (M2)
• Defense Medical Human Resources System – Internet (DMHRSi)
• Expense Assignment System (EAS IV)
• Secret clearance
