Program Analyst I

Position Overview:
Develop and implement program plans and business process improvement strategies in accordance with customer requirements. Develop and coordinate preparation of program documentation, standard operating procedures, and briefing materials to clearly communicate program strategies, goals, and training. Develop courses of action to meet customer requirements, make recommendations to client and SRFS leadership, and implement actions to ensure program success. Continue professional development to ensure SME status obtained over time. Regularly interface with other Program Analysts in the National Capital Region market to ensure alignment, presenting findings, ideas, recommendations, actions, and results. Working on-site may be required for this position.

Required Education:
B.A./B.S. in a technical area such as business, management, finance, accounting, or related field.

Required Experience:
3 years of experience in the following areas:
•    Business data and case analyses
•    Process improvement projects
•    Data scrubbing and manipulation
•    Budgeting and/or accounting and making recommendations based on findings
•    Human capital management
•    Presentations on data-informed recommendations
•    Microsoft Suite, to include Power Pivot and VBA
•    Business Intelligence knowledge, such as Tableau or Power BI
•    Oral, visual, and written communications

Preferred Experience:
5 years of experience, to include the areas listed below:
•    Clinical data manipulation
•    Knowledge of health care financial management principles.
•    Experience working with the Defense Health Agency or specific military treatment facilities
•    Government systems FMIS, M2, DMHRSi, and EAS IV
